We just finished our first major piece of home improvement.
New windows.
The white frames make the rooms just feel brighter and nicer, I am no longer distracted by people talking outside as i can't hear a thing out there.
They open and close more easily and are slightly warmer.
Sadly our house is not yet a warm one. - more insultation and more/updated radiators might help.
